Surrey Lakeside
I've noticed that the strawberries in grocery stores look really good (big and red), but they lack the taste that strawberries used to have. My friends have a farm (72nd and 152nd) where they grow (and sell) strawberries and blueberries, and these berries are really good. Here's what I had for dinner yesterday:

Looks like a nice dinner! We have a weekly farmer's market in my hometown and in other towns nearby. Sometimes I find strawberries growing in the wild up in the mountains. They're never as big as the ones in stores though.
